Our beautiful lilac Burmese boy, Champion Typha Buffoon Billy (Buffy) had to be put to sleep on 20th March 2012. His kidneys collapsed and it would have been cruel to try and keep him going. He was a fantastic, adorable cat and we miss him terribly. To all of you out there who still have his offspring, enjoy them, they all have that special magic that he was so good at imparting. Thank you, Buffy, for having such a loving and gentle personality and giving us such unconditional love. Sleep with the angels my darling. |

| Jasper |

Dear
Rosie and Barrie
I'm
writing with great sadness as our lovely Jasper has died.
He has been the most wonderful pet and companion with
the loveliest gentle nature.
I
can remember very clearly the day I first met him (we'd
come to look at your Burmese kittens) and I just fell
for him. Such a beautiful boy! He sat in my arms as we
chatted, as if he already belonged to me!
He and Maxwell, our brown Burmese, have been wonderful
companions - Max followed Jasper everywhere and they complemented
one another with the colours of their lovely coats. They
have been well loved by our neighbours who have been used
to having them popping in for a "chat".
Thank you both for allowing me have Jasper who is now
at rest in his favourite place in the garden - he was
wonderful, and never to be forgotten.
Best
regards
Margaret

Alfons
- Typha Northerncrown - the most beautiful cat on the
earth has left us today.
Katrineholm, Sweden 17th of February 2011
To
Alfons with love:
The
earth isn't always a beautiful place, but you really
made it a better place just by being here. Isn´t
heaven lovely enough as it is? Do they really need you
there?
You
beloved little one - how are we going to manage without
looking at your stunning appearance? Without hearing
you talk to us? Unable to put our lips to your silky
fur?
You
shone like gold in the sun.
You were strong, muscular and brave.
You were kind and friendly through and through.
You
really loved the summer heat and as we spent time in
our garden you would suddenly join us - coming out of
some summer hideaway of yours. You loved your freedom.
You loved tulips.
It
was our duty to let you go before you had lost your
dignity - but nothing has ever been harder for us than
doing just that. You gave us 13 ½ wonderful,
golden years. Thanks for every day, every hour and every
minute of these years!
Thanks
- our dearest little pussycat!
Please
do make heaven even more beautiful and keep on shining
over us! We will be looking for your golden light.
Forever
missed by all of us in your Garmland family -
Anne-Greth,
Gösta, children and grandchildren.

| Pantha |
Typha
Black Pantha (72) |
|
Pantha
was 15.5 years old when he left us on 1st March 2011,
in his sleep. He had our chocolate girl, Rosie, with
him, so he wasn't on his own.
He had been gradually fading since he had major surgery
for a broken leg a couple of years ago, and when he
had to have more major dental surgery, it was probably
one too many anaesthetics for an old gentleman.
He was one of the sweetest, gentlest. boys you could
hope to have and sired some beautiful kittens over the
years. He has left a big gap in our hearts - so to those
people out there who are lucky enough to still have
some of his offspring - enjoy them - they are something
very special.

- a little shooting star |
|
|
Pugwash
came to us from Rosie & Barrie in December 2007,
as my 50th birthday gift from friends and family.
Tragically,
he died on 4 July 2008. We will never forget him - beloved
little shooting star.

Pugwash
featured in an article in 'Cat World' magazine,
along with my beautiful little black cat, 'Jaspa'
(who was put to sleep almost exactly two years
later, in July 2010, at the age of 15). It was
published, sadly, the month that he died, but
I look upon it as a lovely memorial to him. |

| Csibi |
|
Dear
Rosie,
It was so nice speaking with you today after all these
years.
Here is a picture of Csibi - also known as Typha Tovarish,
being the beautiful daughter of Typha Dark Enigma. She
lived with us for 22 years 2 months. She was a very
healthy cat who totally dominated the household of one
large GSD and a stray tabby and us, being a very good
natured fun loving animal, who we miss very much. Although
there is more room in the bed at the moment!!!! Looking
forward to the next Typha offspring in our home!
With kindest personal regards -
Brenda & Peter Kertesz
