From London: (Approx. 9 miles)
Choice
- Either M25 (Junction 11) or M3 (Junction 1)
For M3,
leave via Hammersmith (either fly-over or Circus) towards
M4.
Take
A 316 towards Richmond and Sunbury. Come off at Junction 1
(M3) Sign-posted Staines & Sunbury A308
(see
below for detailed map)
From
M3 (Junction 1) (approx. 2.75 miles)
Come
off at Junction 1 and follow the roundabout all the way round,
taking the turning to Lower Sunbury 1 mile (that is Green
Street). Take the mile and then at the T junction turn right
(River Thames straight ahead) and follow the road (which is
the B375) towards Shepperton for 1.1 miles. Turn left into
Felix Lane (Just after the Town Sign for Shepperton). Down
Felix Lane (see below for detailed map) ...
From
M25 (Junction 11) (approx. 5.1 miles)
Come
off at Junction 11 (A320 Chertsey & Woking). Follow signs
to Chertsey/Weybridge (A317) until you see directions:- Shepperton
B375. Follow these (At some point it is confusing as the B375
becomes the B376 but ignore. Shepperton goes off to the left
as the B376, but continue on the B375 now sign-posted Sunbury/Walton.
Cross over the A244 towards Lower Sunbury and take the first
turning on the right into Felix Lane. Down Felix Lane (see
below for detailed map) ...
From
Walton-on-Thames (approx. 2 miles)
Go over
Walton Bridge on the A244 towards London Airport. Go right
(B375 Lower Sunbury) at the large roundabout and then quarter
of a mile first right into Felix Lane.

Down
Felix Lane to The Holiday Inn Hotel (used to be Shepperton
Moat House) which is on the left-hand side. Turn sharp
left across the double yellow lines onto the single
track concrete lane "just" before the Hotel.
This
leads to Lower Ash Estate. (Brown Shiny Notice). Make
sure you do NOT drive on past the hotel because that
leads to River Ash Estate.

Go down
Lower Ash following the concrete road and you will find parking
bays on the right. Park there and walk back to the garage
area and through the brown wooden pedestrian gate in the brick
wall. That leads to The Rosery. Please do not abandon your
car anywhere outside the gates as you will either be in someone's
private spot, blocking our access or restricting the turning
bay for large delivery vehicles. Thank you.
We look
forward to seeing you soon.
